The Support tab🔗

In Brane, you'll find two different Support tab: the Support tab dedicated to sending requests about your Galaxies or Universes, and the Support tab you'll find in your Account page. This Support tab allows you to send specific requests about your Account.

1. Log in on any of your Galaxies🔗

The first step to access the "Support" tab of your Account space is to log in on any of the Galaxy you've created or joined.

Once there, simply click on the Account icon, on the upper right corner of your screen, where the username and profile picture you've chosen are indicated.

2. Access the Support tab🔗

Once you've clicked on the Account icon, you'll have access to your account space, and three, or four, tabs: * the "Account" tab, * the "Galaxies" tab, * the "Universes" tab, * the "Support" tab.

To access the Support tab, simply click on "SUPPORT" in the sliding menu, on the left side of your screen.

3. Send a request🔗

If you wish to send a new request to the Support team: * Click on the Support tab, * Click on the "+ New request" button, on the upper right side of your screen.

4. Fill out the Request form🔗

Once you've clicked on the "+ New request" button, fill out the form with as much detail as you can, so as to allow the Brane Support Team to answer your request in the shortest time possible. To that end, simply: * Fill out the blank space "Summary", with the object of your request, like "I want to change my password", "I lost access to my XXX Galaxy", ...etc. * Fill out the blank space "Description" with as much details as you can. * Join any attachment you might have with the "Add a file" button. * Click on "Submit request >" to validate.

5. Access a request's details🔗

If you'd like to access the details of a request, simply click on the name of the request in the "Support" tab.

On this page, you'll be able to check the progress of your request and answer any question from the Brane Support Team.
